Amazing customer services. I visited this establishment several times over the more than 12 years that I resided in this area. I brought my car and my lawnmower at different times over the years. The waiting times were negligible eitheron the same day, or when the item was left. The staff is always courteous, friendly and informative in their interactions. I always leave satisfied with the work done. I would definitely recommend this company!!

Had an electrical issue with my vehicle and brought it here for diagnosis and repair. They found the problem quickly, explained everything clearly, and got it fixed without any hassle. The staff was friendly, communication was great, and my car has been running perfectly since. I really appreciated the honest service and would definitely recommend them!

Took My 2009 Mini Cooper JCW to Mayo for the DSC light and brake light on. Paid $160 for them to tell me I need to use the stock brake pad sensors from Mini. The ones I had installed on there were aftermarket. Mayo tech stated the light couldn’t be reset and they would need to pull the passenger seat out to get to the DSC module to diagnose that it worked properly. They stated it would be another $160 to run more diagnostic testing. Decided to take my car to Munich auto in Cedar park. Didn’t change the sensors. Munich auto fixed my car within an hour. No issue since. Not sure if Mayo auto is the place to take your Mini to. They Have worked on my other cars I have with no issues, But again maybe Mini’s are not their thing.

Very nice folks, but had some instances with them in the past of their maintenance not seeming to resolve issues. Tested it out this time with a brake bleed for a soft brake pedal. They suggested another $2k in work orders which i refused so they said the issue may not be resolved. Pedal came back feeling the same and the bleed valves on the calipers didn't look like they were even touched. Took it to another shop, they charged half as much for the bleed and it fixed the pedal. Makes me think I sent it in for work that wasn't even done.

I had an outstanding experience with Mayo Autoworks! When all the Caliber Collision locations had a four-month wait for hail damage repairs, JJ was able to get me in right away. My 9-year-old truck went in with over 40 large dents, plus damage from vandalism, and it came out looking like a brand-new vehicle. Everyone I interacted with at the shop was helpful, professional, and kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. If you need auto body repairs, I highly recommend Mayo Autoworks—they truly go above and beyond!
